AN ACT To provide for the location of the Seat of Government of the State of Nebraska, and for the erection of Public Buildings thereat.
            SECTION 11. The State University and State Agricultural College shall be united as one education institution, and shall be located upon a reservation selected by said Commissioners, in said “Lincoln,” and the necessary buildings shall be erected thereon as soon as funds can be secured by the sale of lands donated to the State for that purpose, or from other sources.
