Omaha, Dec. 18, 1905.
Dear Wolcott:
I think I shall be able to get away on the early
train next Saturday afternoon, but as I may be detained
until the later train you had better not plan to meet
me; I shall try to curb my appetites and reach your
residence in presentable condition, but of course I
can't promise absolutely.
If you can conveniently get my plates and half-
tones together I think I had better bring them back
with me; but if for any reason you wish to hold any of
them longer, feel perfectly free to do so - or if they
are not easily accessible.
I am inclined to think we should make Eleodes the
first in order, as Dr. Blaisdell is anxious to get the
material as soon as possible.
Had a fine visit with Trostler a few nights ago;
he rang at the front door and got inside before I could
see who it was. I think he will behave better in
future, so I recommend that we give him another chance.
