The Lincoln Street Railway company is repaving and relaying its track on Sixteenth street between H and K streets. Cedar block pavement between the rails is soft and decayed. It is being replaced with vitrified brick. Concrete is being removed so that new ties may be laid. Cinders are packed on top of broken concrete and bricks are laid on the cinders. One block of the work is finished and the street is greatly improved in appearance.
