to pay Phoneta sometime this fall, but can [?] that out someplace. and after Seba commences her school we can get along. You had better keep what you make after the 1st of Jan. to pay Mr. Nard on the house so much as you can that is.
Remember you promised me a ring for staying home.
My coal will probably cost $30 to commence with but I will not try that for two months yet.
