Mr. and Mrs. Moor have taken me out riding several times lately. They were more so friendly. [?] Jr. met here Friday. Did I tell you in my last letter that Mrs. Curtis and Mrs. Fred Shepherd, mother and daughter both died of pneumonia within 24 hours of each other, and were burried in the same grave. They were neighbors of Mrs. [?]. Taylors have moved down town and Jettie & Herbert have new wheels. They all rode out here last night. Did you pay for any of the Uni. Annuals? They say they are fine and I want one if you paid for one. We have not seet Dr. Righter since you left so you may know the children are well.
Alice walks alone about half the time now, and the other half by chairs. She wants her bottle now so I will close. With love, Marcia Bruner
