to acting funny which made me forget for awhile. The children run happy but tired of school. Baby sat up in bed last night and called pa-pa at the top of her voice. When the girls ask where you are she turns towards the door and looks anxious. No one has been here yet and I feel as if I never wanted to see anyone I ever know again. It is going to be hard for me to start art again.
The furnace is booming this morning because the wind is from west I suppose.
It has been such a short time since you left there is not much to write about. You will find letters waiting from me when you get to Buenos Ayres [sic] so I will close, wishing you a safe and happy voyage.
Your loving wife,
Marcia Bruner
