20 The beetle was approximately ¼ inch long, with the elytra tan-colored (about Ridgeway's) with black in places. It is one of the "june-bug" tribe- the Scarabaeidae , and is of the genus Bolbocerosoma , species farctum (handwritten) not finished, but notes in hand
