My Dear Wolcott:

It is rather late in the day, but I have a proposition to make.
It occurred to me that it would be a convenience to have programs of the
public afternoon session, both on account of keeping track of the order
of papers and to give the members and visitors something tangible as a
reminder of the session. If you approve of this please let me know
whether circular copy sent out is correct in every particular, or send
me revised copy. Miss Van Sant and I will, of course, assume the expense,
but would prefer that this fact remain in the background. Please
answer at once.

Looking forward to pleasant and profitable session. Hope weather
will be reasonably good.

Yours truly,

Frank H Shoemaker
