Dear Virginia:

We all wanted you to know how we sincerely appreciate all your efforts in making the Jazz Lab Band tour to western Nebraksa a well organized and effective undertaking. As you may have heard, the tour was highly successful, and we were right on schedule thanks to your excellent planning.

We have decided to make you an honorary member of the NU Jazz Lab Band; so if you want to come over and sit in sometime, feel free.
