60 Band Men Will Entrain For Manhattan
Sixty R. O. T. C. band members in full uniform will leave on the special train Saturday morning for Manhattan, it was announced late Thursday by Prof. W. T. Quick, director of the organization.
Immediately following the train’s arrival in Manhattan the band will lead a parade of Nebraska rooters through the downtown business district. The band will be on hand at the game and all through the day to insure plenty of pep and spirit for the Husker fans.
This is the only trip the band has made this year. Last year it went to Lawrence and to Seattle when Nebraska played Kansas university and the University of Washington.
