U. S. Army 1st Air Cavalry Division, was later discharged in-country and

The American military command announced the opening of their fourth
press camp at the II Corps Headquarters city of Pleiku in the central
highlands.
The command said the camp is capable of serving 25 correspondents
in tent billets furnished with steel cots, mattresses, bed linen, pillows and
laundry service-for a $1-a-night billet fee. Other official press camps are
Fituated at Danang, Nhatrang and Qui Nhon, but subsidiaries sprout up where
ever the action is, such as at Dong Ha near the Dmili Demilitarized zone.

The military command also announced it has accredited 480 correspondents
as of April 24. This included 191 Americans, 104 Vietnamese and 185 other
nationalities.
