Explaining downing a MIG

Description
-
Original caption: "Southeast Asia - It was like this - Air Force Major William L. Kirk, 35, Tucson, Ariz., and the 8th Tactical Fighter Wing (center) explains to crew members of the EC-121D Warning Star how he shot down a MIG-21 over North Vietnam recently after the crew had alerted to the MIG's presence. The EC-121D was on radar picket duty over the Gulf of Tonkin and contacted Kirk's F-4 Phantom flight when an enemy interceptor threatened an Air Force strike force. The Warning Star crew is assigned to the College Eye Task Force, a unit of the 552nd Airborne Early Warning and Control Wing." One American Airman talks to a large group of other airmen in front of an airplane. He seems to be teaching or explaining something.
