Original caption: "Saigon - Offload Starlifter - Air Force air freight specialists at Da Nang Air Base offload cargo of the U.S. Army's 1st Brigade, 5th Infantry Division (Mechanized) from a C-141 Starlifter. Starlifters carried more than 4,000 men and 300 tons of cargo from Peterson Field, Colo., to Da Nang. The troops and cargo were then put aboard Air Force C-130 Hercules transports for movement to their final destination." A forklift lifts a palette of supplies out of an American Air Force plane.
