Description
-
Original caption: "Operation 'Junction City,' Vietnam - Armored Cavalry Assault Vehicles (ACAV's) of the 11th Armored Calvary Regiment prowl for Viet Cong troops in War Zone C during the fourth day of Operation 'Junction City,' Feb 26. The modified Armored Personnel Carrier are flanked by M60 machineguns and fire a .50 caliber machinegun forward. The fast moving, fast firing ACAV's carry a combat ready squad of Army troops, and have yet to be bested in a fight against enemy forces in Vietnam." Three tanks with soldiers riding on them drive through a foggy or dusty meadow. There is a forest in the background.
