Scty. Then took recess. Afte recess the names of Mr. Oldemeyer & Venty were proposed for active membership.

Then proceeded to ballot on the names proposed last week Conley moved that the Rules be dispensed &c. Secy cast the usual ballot.

Moved that we take up new business A L Frost then moved that a com. of three be appointed to challenge the Pals. in a Literary contest time to be decided by the contestants. Sullivan kicked with all the allacrity of a mule
