offered an amendment to the constitution to take the place of the one adopted Oct 31, '84, which was as follows

Art (1) first Sec II

The active members of this society shall consist of those to whom the following conditions apply.

• 1^st They shall be in actual attendance at the University.


• 2^nd They shall have been duly elected members of this Society.


• 3^rd They shall not be in arrears for fines dues or levies.


• 4^th They shall have at least two studies in the college of Literature, Science, and the Arts or the Industrial college, or the department preparatory thereto.


• 5^th They shall not be members of any college Fraternity.


 

Provided that clauses 4^th and 5^th shall not apply to those already members of the Society Oct 31st 1884.

Miss Sara Harris, Arthur D. Curtiss, Lucius D Storrs, M. E. Davis, Albert T Davis, Saide T. Connor & A. G. Barnus were elected members of society.
