Awake at 3:00 a.m. A lot going through my mind—everything from Baraba Boster to the Dallas Love Project to the shift in the air. When ..., I no longer enjoy writing, observing, abroad, my emotional and..., much enjoying chronicling, ... observing daily about things of that. If I were to never write again this would change, but I don’t was much ..., The most meaningful moments that I’ve experienced recently are the ones in which I allow myself time to stand in awe, to deeply appreciate & give attention to the wonder and beauty that is everywhere. The garden, the sky, trees, walks, ... I want to change, mark, the simple things. Putting together a d..., (liked piece) was satisfying to pick the nth beautiful plan ... at the nursery. Why do I burden myself with big projects, with repairs, ...

JULY 6, 2013

Barbara Boster Phillips was laid to rest at 8:30 a.m., Seattle time, on July 5, 2013. There was a service in the Russian Orthodox church then burial at a "Green Cemetery" outside of Seattle.

Her death came after a 10 year battle with cancer. With this, as you know, one obstacle after another. The last two weeks were particularly rough, according to Tania and Alan, Barbara entered hospice care, went to the hospital due to pain, came home, had 2 strokes, became unable to speak, went into a coma and she was gone. She died.
