Kelly had his left hip joint replaced on Monday, August 21.
He's doing really well, walking with a walker, eating so far in good spirits.
I, however, am struggling.
And whining. And a jerk at times.
A muscle in my back got strained somewhere/sometime in the early (Arm) rising, the stress, the schlepping of groceries, stuff, the dragging of hoses in yet another endurance test of a summer.
Resulting in sometimes short patience when the caregiver/cook/gardener 29 Piers laden because it just two much.
I experience that old familiar "picky-push-push" feeling and am determined to eject that unwelcome visitor and return to the state of "Calm, clear, quiet cool."
Have mercy on me.
Help me to do that.
