- Description
- The image depicts an open journal resting on a black background. The journal shows two pages filled with handwritten text in blue ink. Several white, purple, and orange ribbon bookmarks protrude from the top and sides of the journal, suggesting frequent use or references. A red paper tag labeled "VERTIGO" is partially visible between the pages. The handwriting is neat and legible, with the text filling most of the visible pages. The journal is positioned such that the top and bottom edges are parallel to the top and bottom of the image frame, and the pages are slightly curled, indicating the journal is well-used.

"Back to the MRI room.
I hear Mark's voice and it is over. I'm extracted from the machine, and my head is reeling.
The dizziness/vertigo is very strong. When I sit up to transfer back to the bed, I am overcome with dizziness and throw my arms around Mark. Not good.
A guy(not Gordon) is there to take me back to ER. It is around 10:45 am. I've been at the hospital more than 3 hours. It's freezing cold outside this day. The transport guy is Black... says very little.
I get back to the E-65 room in emergency, and before I'm hooked back up to the monitor I ask to go to the bathroom. I can walk, with help to the bathroom - down the hall."

"I return to the room, and from this moment on, care + a Hontion do not exist.
No one ever comes back to connect me to any monitoring equipment. Though I ask for something to drink + a light snack, nothing ever appears.
Kelly goes to find something to eat. I sit in the bed + text friends, call Steve Bouk to tell him I won't be able to help Betsy that day.
Kelly returns and I suggest he go home for a bit and see to the kitties, ect. He does. Roads are not icy or slippery as had been predicted.
By 2:00 p.m. or so, I was feeling hungry. I called Kelly + asked him to bring me a snack - as no one from the ER crew had come in, or noticed that I was not monitored - for several hours." - Rights
