Peter Wood: The American LOVE Project has the opportunity to cultivate healing, one bruised heart at a time. Art becomes the medicine.

Barbara: life has been so overwhelmingly depressing for many people - inequities, health care - all aspects of our society, it is so overwhelming. As an individual - what can I do? The noble goal that we can all join together to work on this/something. That’s what this project means to me. This is what our country needs now. It’s a good start. For a noble project. A noble goal.

Sarah: how can we neutralize toxic masculinity? (so that) (for purpose of) Men showing emotion, Men being people, Love Project can help with that.

Kelly: AMAKW has reached kids in North Texas. This will be a vehicle to carry this out to the rest of the country. Will reach out beyond Texas.

Margaret: Arkansas Art Education Association. Reach beyond Texas.

Karen: Because in the time that students and teachers work together – talking about love, doing art about love, seeds are planted. And these seeds will open hearts and bring positive change.
