Transcription
Left Page: "Finally... a good night's sleep. Flying... I am floating. long dream. Of being at a hotel. Near a pool. And on the streets of N.Y. raised above the ground, eyes closed, and floating, on whirling slowly like a yogi or magic"

Right Page: "7.30.13 Barbara is still with us. Spoke with Tamra last night, and the strokes took Barbara's condition to another level. Not good. We have through almost two weeks of grieving for Barbara - tears, sadness, and understanding how people die. Then, I give this intensity to emotions, triggers in body, quickening heartbeats, heart beats out, and anxiety. The mantra kicks in and helps, but it is intense and frightening even. I pray that she doesnt suffer much longer. I love you, Barbara. Tamra. Alan."
