Description
The image features an open scrapbook with two pages. The left page is predominantly orange with a collage of images depicting scenes from Varanasi, India, including a building skyline and a river scene with boats and people. A cutout of a person in traditional attire is placed in the center, looking to the right toward the water. A small logo of Nadesar Palace and the word "Varanasi" is at the top. The right page continues the collage theme with cut-out photos of boats and the Ganges River. There is a section of text at the top and a small photograph of people near the river at the bottom. Orange hues dominate the background, enhancing the contrast of the images and text.

people bathe in the holy Ganges, they take up the water in their cupped hands and pour it into the river as an offering. A bath in the Ganges has sacred and cultural connotations that go back centuries. It is a cleanser of all sins. It is the protective mother from
which all reality flows and to which everything returns for protection and purification.
