- So far, August 2017 is the month of long and delicious naps. I am catching up on the deep sleep that has eluded me most of my life: as a child - shuffled from bed to bed, a teenager with insomnia, college student up late + up early, a young woman is NY + almost never getting to sleep before 2:30 a.m., an adult in Dallas + awake + anxious about Mom, Dad, Kelly, 29 Pieces, work, or whatever.
