It's been a wonderful week - relaxing, energizing, except when I've had to go into the world.
Going to the store = draining.
Being with people = draining.
In studio = energizing.
In meditation = energizing.
People are moving past their shock at election into fight mode. Me too. But I do feel an air of dread about the bullshit ahead and the toll on the earth. And so much of the heartbreaking shit goes on within without the incoming president.
I had to stay in our work or I get overwhelmed. What we are doing is enough. It is important. It touches lives.
