- Description
- The image shows an open journal with handwritten text across two pages. The pages contain writings in pencil, giving a personal touch to the entries. The paper appears to be off-white with horizontal lines, typical of lined journal paper. The content spans personal reflections, experiences, and thoughts, occasionally incorporating larger gaps indicative of paragraph breaks. A thin, ornate font printed at the bottom of each page reads "Christian Lacroix." The edges of the journal appear worn, suggesting frequent use. Small colorful ribbons are visible along the left edge, likely serving as bookmarks.

"Sunday, April 24, 2016
This book has been dedicated to family.
It's been delving into personal ghost-busting. Pudge, Grandma, the source of my anger, the source of my fear of aging. Then (redacted) telling of her experience with rape, and most recently, Prince's death. Matters of the heart.
Learning what I'm learning in Power of Self about brain styles, I understand why I'm so (what?) unpassionate about much of the work I end up doing in 29 Pieces.
With Prince's death, and looking at his demanding work ethic"
Right Page:
"and his seemingly pure love of music/art... I look at my days now... and think... what could I be doing to devote more % of my time to what I love and what opens me to the divine + divine creativity ... like the time during which the 29 Pieces were made.
After a long time of feeling detached from tears, these past three weeks have left me on the verge of tears, or in tears, a lot. Deep dives into family
(redacted) trauma
Prince's death
(redacted) betrayal/evil act
Ultimately, acceptance, forgiveness, and gratitude. - Rights
