"Battling my mind today.
Everything in me says:
"I want to stay home."
"No more."
"It's too much."
And somehow there are still kids to work with, there is work to do, there are relationships to maintain, there is joy to experience.
Those goals get buried in the grant writing, proposal review, structural planning, ect.
If I am to continue doing this for a while, I need help in keeping my body moving and in good health... because the symptoms of aging are accumulating."
