- A lined notebook is open to a double-page spread. The pages are cream-colored with faint horizontal lines. On the right page, there is a handwritten entry dated "May 26, 2018," written in black ink. The handwriting is legible and slightly cursive. The entry discusses a birthday, a visit to NE, and a reference to preparing for surgery. There is a mention of a person named John Gaskos and a child named Maya with an artistic interest. The left page shows the reverse imprint of another entry, visible but not fully readable. A red ribbon bookmark is partially visible hanging from the bottom of the notebook.
