Description
The image shows an open book with two visible pages. The left page features an abstract collage artwork. The top half of the page has a dark background with textured patterns that look like crumpled paper, topped by a light circular shape resembling a moon. Near the bottom is an undulating beige shape, like a skyline or flowing liquid. There are cut-out paper shapes, including a brown textured piece on the left and a small red triangle on the right edge. The right page contains handwritten text in black ink on a white background, with a red rectangular tab at the top labeled "suicide." Several paper tabs stick out from the top, indicating more layers or pages behind.

it was also the framing of my personal commitment to that work of 29 Pieces, that as we suggest in this lesson once a commitment is made, we've pledged to be strong when others add negative action to our efforts, to recover when storms blow through, to take care of ourselves and maintain strength to fulfill our commitment to gather, like minded people if we are fortunate.

Our lesson suggests first making a commitment to peace and helps us understand why personal peace benefits us and the world around us.
