- also the forging of my personal commitment to the # 29 pieces - that suggest in this lesson; a commitment is made, pledged to be strong when negative adopt our thoughts, to relax when storms run through, take care of value and maintain strength to fill our commitment to other like minded people we are fortunate. Our lesson suggests first making a commitment to peace which helps us understand why personal peace benefits us and the world around us.
