near her - so there are no hugs, no hands held, no tender looks.

There are phone calls, Emotions misplaced out of frustration. If there will be any kind of ceremonious, ritualistic preparation for goodbyes, it will be for each of us individually. If anything was left Unsaid or unmentioned we must hope that Word travels spirit to spirit, if not flesh to flesh.

And every intuition, every gut feeling confirms that indeed it does.
